Strengthening Black Communities Across Alberta
CBEE Prairies supports Black Albertans through economic empowerment, leadership development, youth programming, and community partnerships. Our work spans Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Red Deer, and surrounding regions—connecting families, entrepreneurs, youth, and community leaders with opportunities that build long-term prosperity.

Our Focus
Featured Programs
Youth Legacy Builders – Calgary
A leadership and mentorship program equipping Black youth with the tools to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. Youth gain skills in civic engagement, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and community leadership while connecting with mentors who champion their growth.
Entrepreneurship Circles – Edmonton
A peer-driven business development initiative supporting Black entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. Participants access coaching, financial literacy training, networking opportunities, and pathways to capital and business resources.
Food Literacy & Wellness – Lethbridge
A community-centered program promoting nutrition, food security, cultural food heritage, and healthy living. Families participate in hands-on workshops, cooking sessions, and wellness activities that strengthen community bonds.
